I bought a silicone container to store and freeze cookies from king arthur flour. I pulled my cookies from the freezer and popped them out on a cookie sheet and put straight into preheated oven. I noticed the cookies didnt spread much at all. Just stayed square shape. What did i do wrong. Freezing sounds nice to save time. I want them to look and taste good though.
