I freeze my fudge all the time and I have no problem. After taking out of the freezer a small batch at a time, I layer the individual pieces on waxed paper on a small tray or dish, DO NOT COVER, and it will thaw in the refrigerator without becoming gooey from condensation! Although, we have been know to eat it straight from the freezer, if you know what I mean, haha!!!
