I used the Alaskan Sourdough Mix, but I wonder if the oven temperature setting in the instructions is wrong. Hand shaped loaves should be baked at 450 but a "traditional loaf" at 350? It never got golden brown and it was gummy and wet when I took it out of the pan after letting it cool for an hour or so.
