Hi Barb,
This is a great post. I'm in the midst of baking my first bread (Day 4 of the starter..:)). I'm not quite ready to commit to a Dutch oven. I quite liked the Pizza stone method that you have shared. I wanted to know if I can use my cast iron pan for creating that steam? Also any tips on scoring without a bread lame? Thank you again!
