With the cast iron dutch oven, do I understand correctly that I should take the bread/dough out of the fridge for 45 min before baking, I preheat the Dutch Oven and then I put the dough into the preheated Dutch Oven? How do you drop the bread into the preheated Dutch Oven without getting burnt?
