Barbara, I am a newby when it comes to bread baking. I am recently retired, but the wife still works, so I thought I would surprise her with a fresh loaf of Artisan bread to go with our supper. I read many post's on how to do this and then I got lucky and found your blog. It was complete, easy to understand and follow, and the bread turned out just like in your pictures.
