Darlene, parchment paper will work fine on the bottom of your pan to help prevent sticking, and you could use the whole sheet as well, although you may notice the bread doesn't brown up quite as well where the paper is. If this is the case, you could remove the paper towards the end of the bake and allow the bread to finish baking on the rack. Sometimes I spray the parchment if I'm especially worried about sticking (cheesy breads will stick to parchment). Barb
