Any tips on what to do if you live in a warm tropical climate? My kitchen ranges from 85-95 degrees in the summer. I am finding that my starter and dough rise very fast and I'm new to baking and don't quite understand the consequences of this. Most recipes focus on what to do if it's too cold in your kitchen, but very few address what to do if it's way too hot. Thanks
