Hi, I am in your same boat of no plastic wrap! I have a medium sized thicker-than-a-grocery-bag plastic bag that I place my bowl with my dough into. The bag is long enough to fold under the bowl and still leave space for rising. Been using the same bag for about a year. Hope that is helpful.
