I can't stop making the pumpkin scones, its become a bit of a problem! I use 3/4 of pumpkin instead of 2/3c so they bake up softer and less crumbly. Between tweaking the recipe to being just right and discovering the ease of making a batch and freezing them individually to bake as we want, its become so easy we eat a lot of them. I tell myself that its ok since we are saving so much money compared to buying Starbucks pumpkin scones!
