I mixed these on Saturday, made rolls, froze them and then did a trial bake of a few rolls Wednesday. They spread out but did not raise up! Smelled very yeasty. What could I have done wrong?? I was so excited and truly thought this would work for me, so I would not have to get up at 3am this Saturday to make rolls.
