Hi Kathy. Thawing the frozen rolls in the fridge overnight is possible, however, you will just want to check in on them in the morning. If the rolls have not quite risen enough, you will want to let them sit at room temperature for a bit to finish rising before you get them in the oven to bake. Happy Baking!
