I used the Soft White Dinner Roll recipe, made/shaped/froze them Monday and increased the yeast by 20%. I took them out 5 hours before meal yesterday and they had done nothing by meal time. The first couple hours were a cooler temp but the last 3 were in a warmer location. Ended up needing 4 more hours (obviously we had already eaten by then) to get some rise (and still didn't look as lovely and plump as the rolls in this article) :( Any thoughts on what might've gone wrong?
