Hello! We'll be going to my parents' for Thanksgiving. They have got one dinky oven, unlike our glorious double ovens. It's about an hour's drive. Should I make them, freeze them the day before, then let them kind of thaw/defrost a bit on the drive then hang out in the kitchen to finish rising? Trying to sort out the best way to do it. (I've been making the KAF Parker House rolls and they're incredible especially when I've added about 1-2tbsp of honey, so I want to bring them!) Thanks! :)
