hope this hasn't been asked. i want to make rolls night b4 & refrigerate. what stage should they go in frig. i know they will slowly raise more in frig. taking them elsewhere to bake. BTW i've been making soft dinner rolls from catalog for ions of years & using potato flour. which is best mashed potatoes or the flour
