I am making the rolls this Thanksgiving. I will driving 3 hours on Wednesday. If I make and shape the dough a few days in advance, freeze them. On Wednesday am, put them in an insulated bag used to transport frozen food, put them in the trunk of the car, drive 3 hours Wed. midday, put them back in a freezer after the trip, take them out Thursday morning 4 hours before baking. Should that plan work? What problems might I anticipate.
