I am happy to have found this article. I make my favorite roll recipe recently and wanted to freeze some of them as it makes too much for two people. From now on I won't fret over trying to figure out what the best way to do something new for me in my baking. I will check here first. Ultimately, I did exactly as you suggested here and I am going to try baking my frozen rolls this weekend. :) I love King Arthur flour. I hadn't used it until about a year ago. It TRUELY makes a difference in my baking and I won't use anything else now. As a matter of fact, with supply chain issues in this trying time, I have stocked up on both all purpose and bread flour!
