I want to make ahead large batches of cinnamon rolls and pecan caramel rolls, freeze them and then let them thaw, raise and bake them in a couple of weeks. Would i use the same process as for the dinner rolls but instead roll, cut & freeze the unbaked cinnamon rolls, then take them out, thaw, let raise & bake them? I do a lot of custom holiday baking and it would be impossible for me to
