Anytime you have a question that needs an answer right away, please call our free and friendly Baker's Hotline at 855-371-BAKE (2253) so you can be assisted, as currently, customers aren't notified when we respond to blog comments. So long as you get the dough into the fridge as soon as you're done mixing, it should be OK to shape the rolls the next day.
