you sort of answered this above about the fridge method. I'm using your box mix for dinner rolls for tonight (I'll bake the rolls around seven). My question: Can I just bake 8 of the sixteen and the other eight tomorrow ( bulk rise in fridge and shape tomorrow). I'm not really doing the dough "earliest is the night before", but rather the afternoon before. We will not eat tomorrow until mid- afternoon......
