Can you use this same process (freeze & bake) with sourdough dinner rolls? The recipe I use has a 4-12 hour initial dough rise and another 2-9 hour proofing once rolls are shaped. Their is no yeast at all in the recipe. I wondering about freezing the dough balls after the initial 4-12 hour rise.
