I am making a two-day drive to my daughter’s new in-laws house where I am in charge of Thanksgiving dinner (they don’t cook.) so the freeze unrisen dough method won’t work well. I hate stale bread, but need to make this ahead of time. Should I try my own “under-bake and serve?” Suggestions?
