Hi, one more question. I plan to make many batches of this st one time. I don’t have anything to weigh a large amount of dough but do have a small scale. Could you tell me how much approximately each dough ball should weigh (since I won’t be just dividing by 16). Hope that makes sense. Thanks for the help.
