Hi Karla, sometimes if the tops of your rolls look a little rough (sometimes it resembles the skin of an orange), you can add just a few tablespoons of additional flour to smooth out the dough. You can also shape your rolls using the technique shown in this video. Rolling the dough balls, creating friction against the work surface, helps tighten the gluten structure and will smooth out the surface of the dough. Practice makes perfect! Kye@KAF
