Hi Evelyn, if you're looking to bake and freeze your cinnamon rolls, we recommend following our Now or Later Cinnamon Rolls recipe (and following the directions to make them later). You'll have better results if you prepare the cinnamon rolls through partially baking and then freezing rather than freezing the unbaked dough. (The cinnamon-sugar filling tends to liquify in the fridge as the dough thaws, which can turn into a big mess.) Happy cinnamon bun baking! Kye@KAF
