Hi Jerri, it sounds like you might find our blog article about dairy-free bread helpful. In it we describe a few different options when it comes to replacing the dry milk powder in yeast dough. Our favorite option is omitting the dry milk powder and using a plain, unsweetened non-dairy milk in lieu of the water. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
