I have a question related to this but not really. I use the King Arthur Cinnamon Roll recipe (but doubled) for take and bake cinnamon rolls. Would the same rule of no first rise apply to them? Traditionally I let the dough cycle finish in the bread machine, then roll them out, cut them and freeze them. But now I'm questioning my process.
And I'm trying these dinner rolls for the first time this year. Excited to see how they turn out.
