If there is commercial yeast added to the sourdough recipe (like our Sourdough Dinner Rolls,) then you can prepare the dough and freeze it using the method described. If it's a naturally leavened recipe (no commercial yeast added), you're better off freezing the baked rolls rather than the unbaked dough. The wild yeast in sourdough starters isn't as resilient to freezing as commercial yeast. We hope this helps, and happy baking! Kye@KAF
