I made a batch of your Soft white dinner rolls using this freezing method on Friday, following the recipe closely. Took 2 out of the freezer this morning for a test run and they didn't rise much... left on kitchen counter for 5 hours, then baked. Texture is dense, but edible. I added the extra yeast as suggested... what might I have done wrong?
