Good morning! I wanted to let you know that I tested this method for thanksgiving and it worked GREAT. I'm so surprised, as it felt terribly "against the rules" to shape rolls without them having risen at all! I made the soft white dinner rolls, but used half whole wheat flour in them. They rose beautifully after about 5.5 hours and baked to sheer perfection. I'm amazed.
