The recipe for dinner rolls I use has *3* rises. The last is when the formed rolls rise in the baking pans. When in this process should I freeze the rolls? I'm thinking I would do the 2 rises, form the rolls, and the freeze them. I would then let them thaw and rise in the pans for 4-5 hours. Would this still work?
