You've got quite the crowd for Christmas, GrammyP! In addition to the technique shown here, we've also had good luck prepping cinnamon buns up through the second rise before freezing as well as through a light par-bake before freezing. Both methods allow for an overnight thaw in the fridge, and a quick and easy morning bake, which seems in order with such a crowd. Whichever path you choose, we wish you very happy baking! Mollie@KAF
