Yum! Nothing wrong with simple, and I bet this knocks box mix cakes out of the park! I have a bake sale coming up and I just acquired a mini Bundt pan that comes with 4 shapes. Could I pour this batter into those shapes and have it bake properly (adjusting for time, of course)?
