Hi Mary, if your pound cake recipe normally calls for baking in an 8.5" X 4.5" loaf pan, you will likely get enough batter for 2.5 loaves when using 3" X 5" pans. I know you probably don't want to bake a half loaf, but if you double your recipe, this should yield 5 mini loaves. I would still bake at 350°F, but start checking at 25 minutes, and reset the timer from there.
