The King Arthur recipe for Classic Sandwich Bread calls for "1 packet active dry yeast dissolved in 1 tablespoon warm water". Does that mean dissolving the yeast in this recipe is optional? So I can add the yeast directly to the other dry ingredients? thanks much.
