I've just begun baking breads after decades of just not eating much bread. Now retired I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with the sight and smell of freshly made bread. I'm using SAF & Instaferm yeast. Do I skip the 1/3 cup water in recipe that's for the re-hydrating or is that liquid a part of the process ?
