Tanya, we don't recommend storing these ingredients together as salt absorbs moisture while sugar can clump. Also, bread recipes require different ratios of these ingredients, so we recommend storing them separately so you can measure out the amount you need. Yeast should be stored in an airtight container and used by the best by date on the package (usually about one year from production). Storing it in the fridge or freezer and help extend the shelf life. The other ingredients can be stored at room temperature. Kye@KAF
