I was happy to find the information here. My wife is from Argentina and there she always bought flour WITH YEAST ALREADY IN IT for making pizza. Since we moved to the U.S. last year it drives her crazy that flour (for bread and/or pizza) isn't sold that way. To use just add water (and oil or salt if desired), knead, rise, and bake. Very simple. In Argentina, pizza dough is normally sold half-baked with sauce on it. You can buy this at any bakery and add your toppings before baking at home. Or make it yourself and store in the freezer at home for a quick delicious pizza --- a 1kg bag of flour with yeast makes 5-6 pies. Thanks so much!
