I have been here more than 10 years and do not remember ever selling fresh yeast. It can be hard to find in the grocery stores, right? In this area some co-ops sell it in bulk. I have not see the cubes in the regular grocery stores lately but do know that as we get closer to the holidays, some stores will stock it. If you are in the mid-west I think it is found more readily. Ask the store manager! They may have some answers. Elisabeth@KAF
