Michael, I didn't see any difference in the experimenting I did - but I only tested one type of recipe. That would be an interesting thing to try sometime, wouldn't it? Undissolved might be minimally less well dispersed, but not sure how much difference it would make – a test would give us the answer, huh? PJH
