Sandy, it might depend on the bread machine and what cycle you use. If you're using a machine with a long enough knead cycle, so the ADY is thoroughly dissolved, then you should be just fine. Some machines, using a "quick" cycle, don't knead for very long; I'd guess you need at least 15 minutes of kneading to be sure. Hope this helps - PJH
