Your SAF yeast is the greatest. Started using it a few years ago, and never went back. I open the brick pack, pour off some into a small canning jar for immediate use. I put the rest (bag and all) into a vacuum sealer bag, and store bag and jar in the freezer. I have had yeast remain viable using this method for up to two years.
