I was lucky enough to attend the Grain Gathering last year on a scholarship and it was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it this year, but I'm looking forward to coming back in the future. I actually talked to Jeff at the Gathering last year and he was incredibly nice. I wish I had been there for the croissant class! I would love to work for King Arthur if only they weren't located across the country from Portland, OR! Maybe one day...
