Oooo, I want to hear more about whole grain croissants. Hoping to see a blog post on it soon. I visit the Skagit Valley often, and it is indeed a beautiful place. However, I had no idea there was any grain grown there. Learn something new every day. We wait with great anticipation every June for strawberry season in the Skagit Valley to arrive and for the delicious little REAL strawberries that only last a couple days to be available. It was very hot this summer, which cut local strawberry season kind of short. Sad, but such is life.
