This could not be more perfect! I have been baking with sourdough starter (and discard) - who hasn't lately, I suppose!! - and your sourdough cracker recipe is a favorite in my house. But the last batch was kind of...soggy. I thought maybe I had left them in the fridge for too long, but I also knew the climate in my kitchen has changed drastically in the past couple of weeks. I am going to try this tomorrow when I bake my next batch of crackers - I am very hopeful!
