So I've read the article twice now, I thought I understood what you meant but I'm getting confused by the omit the baking powder and salt if your using self rising flour? Because I originally understood that you add 1/2 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon baking powder per cup of self rising flour? Could you dumb it down for me a bit please.
