Thank you for the post!! I only have self-rising flour now as all-purpose flour is out of stock... Dont know if you cover this already: For the oatmeal cookies, if I use 2 cups of self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour, I do not need to add salt and baking powder right? Other ingredients are the same? Or should I decrease the amount of self-rising flour use as well? Thank you!!
