Hi Bobbie, it's best to substitute self-rising flour in recipes that call for at least 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder per cup of flour. If your recipe doesn't call for any baking powder or baking soda, we don't recommend using self-rising flour. Use the flour called for in the recipe for best results.
