Kathleen Bridges September 7, 2015 at 10:59am I'm just learning how to bake a pie. I made my first pie this weekend. It was a Buttermilk pie. I thought the crust on the bottom was a little moist and not dry. Do bottom crusts get moist? Is there a way to prevent a moist bottom crust? Reply
