After being put off waffles for years (turned out my mom's old waffle iron was defective), I got inspired by buying (used) Dorie Greenspan's Waffles: From Morning To Midnight and a new, small waffle iron. I make them for dinner -- it's hard to beat Zucchini Cheddar waffles this time of year!
